Sounds like things are working like they should.
OF grants full access to a profile and all messages if there is an active investigation. Otherwise, things are kept private.
“Lieutenant! We need a bigger budget, sir!”
“Is there a sidewinder equipped helicopter or predator drone for sale?”
“No sir, something even more serious. We just found the bullshit excuse we need to charge porn to the public and watch it at work”
Cops say that? For which reason?
If only fans is not encrypted, wouldn’t these cops have other ways to detect and tackle csam material?
Assuming it is not encrypted, what’s stopping them from doing their job? Only thing I can think of they could use as an excuse would be, accessing copyrighted materials, especially since it’s under a pay wall.
They need a reason now to get access to the account. They just prefer to bypass the due process. Everyone is guilty until proven innocent.
