    There is nothing stopping Joe from pardoning his son if he wanted to.

    If anything, Hunter probably would have slipped through the cracks if his dad wasn’t the president.

    Simple solution, if Trump pled guilty to his 37 (38?) charges, he could get a plea deal too. That’s how plea deals work.
