    I guess we’ll have to find a way to get on board with this - I trust Eduteta but this seems like a bad buy at a really bad price.

      the price though… why are we bailing out our local rivals?

    This might be hopium, but maybe a lot of that is bonuses. For example, 45+15 I think would be a lot more reasonable if the clauses aren’t a formality, and I think most of us wouldn’t be too angry about that.
