Is “plotted” when it’s exiled or when it’s cast from exile?
While it’s exiled by the plot ability it’s considered plotted. Or another card gave it the plotted status
Wow this seems awesome in Limited in an aggressive deck. 3/2 trample on turn 2 is great and if you’re swinging t2 it’s a bolt first.
