The “Agnus Battle” theme is the best normal battle theme for me. Hard to name a favorite if we’re talking about boss themes too. Maybe Death Match with Torna.

Brilliant Wings from XC3 is probably my favorite, but I could name probably 10+ songs that are just phenomenal.

3 is by far the best for battle themes imo. Imminent Threat is a fucking masterpiece, and tactical action is badass
I haven’t played 3 yet, but I’ve always thought the music in XBC1 was so much better than 2, battle theme(s) included. Can’t decide whether 1 or X is better, but both have better OSTs in general than 2.
