Unser Gesundheitssystem ist Müll (meine chinesischen und indischen Arbeitskollegen fliegen in ihre Heimat, weil sie so schneller einen Termin bekommen), Steuergelder werden massiv verschwendet (siehe Schwarzbuch) und “alle Macht geht vom Volke aus” ist nur ein hohler Traum. Deutschland hat einfach so * Politiker wie Reiche oder Spahn und macht nichts dagegen/kann nichts dagegen machen.

Das Aufstiegsversprechen wird weder an der Schule noch in der Arbeitswelt gestützt. Ich möchte in einem Land leben, wo man durch gute Arbeit reich wird und nicht durch ein reiches Elternhaus. Wo die Kirche nicht Milliarden hortet und Millionen aus den Steuerkassen zieht.

Das sehe ich in Deutschland nicht. Final entschieden bin ich aber auch noch nicht; ist halt eine große Umstellung und das Gras sieht auch nur grüner aus, solange man auf der anderen Wiese steht.

I must admit that when I found this community, I thought it was just a single bot posting, because of this. I then checked your post history and found this one. I think you are doing good, but “bait” titles to invoke discussion only work with a large enough user base like Reddit. If you have a cool topic to discuss, I will jump in now that I have found this community.

How did it go? I finished my first run roughly 2 months after your post and had a blast. Had more bugs at the release of 2.0 then when I played, but now it is fine again.

When I found https://search.peertube.watch/hot.html I thought this might be a game changer, but sadly it didn’t do much for me as my interests are elsewhere (YouTube subs: Taskmaster and other game shows, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and other video games, Boxing/MMA/Fitness, TTRPGs)

T.b.h I would have loved this comic a lot more if you could see in the background how large companies fuck everything up while the effort of the average Joe or Jane is irrelevant.

Cheers! I agree that stuff like the webcam is likely a dell Linux issue with little impact from xfce. Remains to be seen. Trying a boot usb first makes a lot of sense.

I will definitely take a look at it. Knowing about a few oddities definitely helps, too.

Time and peace of mind. Which are rare resources these days

Trust me I’ve spent time on each issue mentioned but at some point, I started to live with them. I consider switching my dual boot to single boot atm though so that could be a time where a switch fits

I am still flexible regarding the OS, but I thought about installing a “regular” Linux OS to give me a known environment for the home server side of things and install HA on top.

Ich glaube das hängt stark vom Festival und natürlich auch dir ab. Ich war 2016,2017 und 2019 auf Wacken und alles war immer mega entspannt. Kann natürlich trotzdem verstehen, wenn man für sich selbst dann eine Grenze setzt.
