34·1 year agoThis case as a whole was brought to bear a few days after February 24th (the start of the “non-proxy war”) and thus the overall claims would not be in regards to them but just originally about the justification.
But the argument being talked about in the post that Ukraine is using is that even if they were committing a genocide that Russias war would still be invalid and Russia should pull out of the country.
Like these arguments really don’t relate to that situation…

What? Russia made those claims sure. Ukraine is making the argument that even if this claim was true they wouldn’t be allowed to invade Ukraine which honestly I really really FUCKING don’t like as a claim. The only purpose of this entire thing is just to get better settlement in the peace settlement after the war. It’s honestly a really EHH situation to me that doesn’t show much.
Also why are you bringing PCM into it at all PCM was pro-Ukraine as far as I remember?
Oh this is just a way for Ukraine to get better settlement after the war ends… That’s a shame.

1·1 year agoIt doesn’t though? If Google wins it allows Google to keep going and others to try and do things in a similar way to Google which just isn’t likely in most cases cause Google’s search engine “monopoly” is so unique to them and the current situation.
How does google winning change anything if anything that keeps the status quo as is?
I wonder who will win this one. Probably google to be honest…
