Oh, you bet! Metroid Dread was just a whisper in the wind back when Nintendo DS was a thing, but it never materialized. Instead we got Metroid Prime: Hunters and Metroid Prime: Pinball, which were just okay. Metroid Dread turned out to be nothing but a rumor.
And then, 15 freaking years later, boom! Metroid Dread is announced. And it’s made by the same studio that did Samus Returns, which was great! So yes, after being blue-balled for 15 years, I am very much excited!
You betcha. In trying to find a non-Amazon/Walmart way to get the special edition. Hoping I can go to GameStop Friday morning or something
Hopefully it runs well on emulators since I don’t have a switch
Update: Seems to work fine on Ryujinx
