According to Seamus malekafzali it’s a pretty old Klan myth that the Rothschilds (and thus all jews) have a secret laser that starts wildfires, but I believe that was in relation to the california fires, rather than the Hawaiian ones.

What does being censured actually mean. Is it just saying “we don’t like you”? Does she get forced off of committees or whatever?
Members of Congress who have been censured are required to give up any committee chairs they hold. Like a reprimand, a censure does not remove a member from their office so they retain their title, stature, and power to vote. There are also no legal consequences that come with a reprimand or censure.

It’s more like a warning to other progressives out there: if you don’t toe the party line, we will do things to you.
