I feel some anxiety online too. Sorry for bringing politics into this but on reddit’s main subs if I see some imperialist propaganda and am not in a shit mood I try to push back against it. Sometimes it is received well, sometimes I get irrational anger and sometimes the mistakes I made are criticised. It was a bit daunting in the beginning but you get used to it eventually.
What kind of interactions are you talking about exactly that bring you some sense of anxiety? The reason I ask is that the qualitative spectrum of interactions is very wide. It can go from asking for help in some hobby, subject, etc. to forming online realtionships to having debates and discussions.
I don’t feel any anxiety if I am shitposting for example. Nor do I feel any anxiety if I help someone or ask for help in a subreddit like /r/voidlinux. So what kind of interactions bother you the most?
