Western governments still live in the 19th or 20th century. They think they still have the power to do gunboat diplomacy. But the world has changed.
At the risk of stereotyping white people, the profile picture for the author looks exactly like I’d expect someone who’d write that title would look: White, male, old/middle aged, neat and tidy hair and suit (which he definitely didn’t do by himself), upper middle class urban American if I had to guess.
