For serious answers? Not many good options if you aren’t rich, college deferment, medical deferment. Mental health is a bit of a grey zone. They won’t take you now if you are on most medications, but that might not be the case in a true world War.
Your only options are to emigrate to a neutral country, possibly somewhere in South America, or try and hide. Idk those are the best I got.
You can avoid fighting in war by becoming a conscientious objector though you’ll probably be mandated to do grunt work as replacement. And live the rest of your life as a pariah. Worth it tho

- Befriend everyone you can when you’re in the forces
- Quietly plant seeds of doubt amongst your fellow conscripts
- Convince your entire platoon to surrender to the Chinese
