Yes, USA did prepared for invasion of Iran for like last two decades so it was natural to include it in hollywood movie, especially the one with killer robots - and the operation name is very realistic for US, as they always kill and plunder and call it “freedom”, “democracy” and such.
“Tehran” is just the original city name, various languages mostly write it as either Tehran or Teheran.
They outright stated in movie that they are planning another war and bombing💀
