How do you get into a good rythm for sleeping, sometimes i cant sleep at the correct times and i dont think its healthy. Ive found that playing video games, and binge watching TV can keep you awake for such a long time, even without blue light from the screen, yellow light just reduces eye strain from my own experiance. This is probably worse for children while their eyes are still developing, and hyper activeness.

    You’ll have to find out what works for you. Me if l want a good night of sleep I’ll have to wake up early and have a physically tiring day. I think exercise is the most helpful thing to regulate sleep, and sedentary habits the worst. Try leaving the blinds up to wake up to natural light too.

      Very good advice here. Also just having a consistent sleep schedule, and doing exercise either before you sleep, or right when you get up holps.
