Rumor has it this may have been a hit by another faction in the Kiev power structure. Either way these guys were the leadership of the Interior Ministry which is one of the most murderous and most hardcore Nazi infested branches of the Ukrainian fascist regime, basically responsible for the genocidal policies of ethnic cleansing, the forced Ukrainization and the brutal suppression of any and all dissent.

Unfortunately they crashed on a kindergarten and killed some kids. Smh…even when they do the world a favor and take themselves out these Nazi scum still gotta hurt some innocents…
