For me iOS is not an option until they finally allow WebKit to be used as the rendering engine, and until they all addons support for other browsers.
Firefox on Android is the only choice for me because it comes with ublock origin support. Hopefully iOS has that too.
You got my hopes up, but it turns out Apple does not allow other browsers to implement extensions. Safari is the only iOS browser that supports extensions, and Safari extensions are not compatible with FireFox on iOS.
Does Safari allow any adblockers then. If it does it should be good enough.
It looks like FireFox Focus can be installed and used as a stand-alone browser, or its ad & tracker blocking can be enabled as an extension in Safari. Kinda weird, but it allows the user to block ads while browsing in Safari.

Every browser on iOS is Safari only with a different wrapper. Safari needs to die. I only use FF on iOS since it syncs my bookmarks from my ONLY browser I use on GNU/Linux… Firefox.
Serioisly. How is that not illegal under monopoly law?
i’m always jealous from seeing all the cool UI and internal changes on /r/firefox that android gets, while ff on ios has always been meh to say the least
people complaining about bad UI on desktop? checkout ios version of firefox ☹️😎
I hope that the tablet focused UI will also make it to Android tablets
