Most channels were probably offered a large amount of money that they didn’t even bother to do any research before sponsoring it lol
Granted I feel like most people just bought it as a cool novelty gift, like “Haha, I’m going to make Grandpa a Baron for Christmas! That’ll be funny!” before forgetting about it shortly afterwards. But then there were probably a devoted section of delusional monarchist wannabes that actually thought that this would make them part of some countries royal family and they could make money off of this.
Seems like even with “fair use”, they still have to source where they got the info from.
Also, if the goal is to inform people, why cut out the context at all? The original video is far more informative than their tabloid nonsense.
