When I try to install the .exe file it gives me that the “expat.dll is missing”

I’ve downloaded the file to try to fix the error, but now just gives me some 0x0smthin.

Here is the error that it gives me now.
I installed latest version of kde connect on windows 10 1909 , it is running without any error.

Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 x64 / x86
May be your windows files are damaged.
