You could easily have 4 to 5 more businesses/buildings in the space that ONLY the parking lot occupies. I’m not even going to mention those ugly useless 4 lane roads.
Also I kid you not, while there is a convenience aspect sometimes, many people I know would rather die then have to spend the energy to walk into a fast food establishment, they’d rather the drive through do it all for them.

The wasted concrete… four big roads circling a tiny fast food joint. No consideration for trees, plants, mixed development. Just Man’s concrete and Nature’s concrete (grass).
It could have been taken during lockdown. It also could have been taken at the new Dunkin in my town on any weekday since it opened, post-lockdown.
