That’s polish ultranationalist meme originating even before the internet based on their idiotic interpretation of Time of Troubles polish attempt of subjugating Russia and even more idiotic assumption it could be ever repeated at any time after it, but with even greater effect - complete conquest of Russia by Poland (or some imagined polish-lithuanian-ukrainian-hungarian-czech-whatever else union they see in their haze) and establishing the chinese-polish border somewhere in east Asia.
