Not Sumatrapdf. I’m looking for one that is full of features like annotations.
I didn’t try but I think Okular works on Windows.
Yes, Okular is multi-platform.
Yea it’s in the store so probably it works.
It’s only available via the store and I don’t use it.
I fount these Nightly builds of Okular which are available in .exe file.

Okular from Chocolatey.
To use it as default app you must select it in the “Open with” menu manually.
I already tested it in classroom PCs with several versions of Winfucks 10.
Maybe MuPDF? Use the browser? Okular? I am not a Sumatrapdf fan either.

The browser doesn’t have the features I need. I didn’t know MuPDF has a desktop version, gonna check it out.
