Looking for a FOSS pdf reader for Windows

Not Sumatrapdf. I’m looking for one that is full of features like annotations.

Yes, Okular is multi-platform.

I fount these Nightly builds of Okular which are available in .exe file.

Okular from Chocolatey.

To use it as default app you must select it in the “Open with” menu manually.

I already tested it in classroom PCs with several versions of Winfucks 10.

Maybe MuPDF? Use the browser? Okular? I am not a Sumatrapdf fan either.

The browser doesn’t have the features I need. I didn’t know MuPDF has a desktop version, gonna check it out.

Just out of curiosity, what’s the problem with SumatraPDF?
