I’m going back to it after Vic3. I made a post previously which you can see on my profile, but basically you’ll have to wait for DLCs and patches to see Vic3 have more depth.

EU4 remains the benchmark and top-tier game.

    Definitely a sign I’m getting better, I’ve tried this achievement so many times lol

    Notable bonuses from doing this:

    • vassal swarm of 600k troops
    • trade bonus in everything
    • untethered income. I had like a 300-500 positive balance per month. I had more money than I knew what to do with so I just upgraded every Great project I could lol

    It’s literally point and shoot, declare war on anyone and let the AI do the work for you. Though since the latest patch vassals sometimes don’t do anything at all.

    I think I was seriously on pace for world conquest had I passed it earlier and didn’t get bogged down in a war against Morocco and the Mamluks. The year was only 1679 in the screenshot but I played until around 1706, and then figured I wouldn’t get WC so I got the achievement for annexing the HRE and left it at that.
