I don’t know how to disable it on YouTube mobile webapp either. But invidious has it disabled by default.
Even downloading the vid, it downloads the wrong audio track

I can’t do it from newpipe. Maybe this is a new YouTube feature that haven’t supported yet. I’ve never seen (heard) descriptive audio on youtube before.
