Any FOSS alternatives to MS Paint? Krita and Glimpse are quite sophisticated, so maybe something simple to just use in a pinch.

I’d like to add Quick Draw Everywhere to the line-up (although it’s an android app)

IDK if this helps but there’s also JSPaint which is a pretty close approximation in the browser.

I was recommending KolourPaint but I realized it has already been recommended by someone else so I deleted it.

I don’t know if it’s too complicated or not, but I’d say give paint.net a try if you’re using Windows: https://www.getpaint.net/index.html

Oooh of course! It’s not exactly Open-Source, but it’s free and really good. Cheers.

If Windows XP level of MS Paint is good enough, I believe KDE’s Kolourpaint is something you might want.

oh, but is there a Windows version or something similar?

KDE does not seem to publish Windows versions of it. I assume there would be little point in releasing a Windows version, since Windows already has MS Paint by default.

YES. This is exactly what I’m talking about. Thanks so much!
