    for anyone wondering, this is an actual poster that was used by a meat company for promotion, until some student noticed the uncanny resemblance

    after a little investigation the meat company said that they didn’t know about it and their ad agency said that the painter based the poster on a live model, which is definitely suspicious, take from that what you will

    i very much doubt that it was a deliberate request from the meat company, much more likely that some person at the marketing agency was lazy and simply copied it for convenience, or some this was some vegan working on the inside looking to sabotage the company :)

    Exact same template, right down to the shape of the tie. I wonder which took from which, considering the Nazis pulled their eugenics program from the US.

      i didn’t see the tie, but the shirt folding pattern is literally the same, like what the fuck, were they too lazy to commission someone to draw a different shirt and instead copied nazi propaganda posters? 🤷‍♀️

      it might be mutual copying, but the poster on the right is about 50 years younger than the left, so i would imagine in this particular example it’s the meat industry stealing
