Well, after forgetting likely 5 months about taking enough fortified food with B12 vitamin, I finished with deficiency in last medical check.
When the doctor provided me the recipe for the pharmacy, I checked that the supplement contained lactose. After checking a bit online, it seems this is a bit common but that there are versions without animal-derivated products.
So that, I ask you. Which are the recommended to be asked to my doctor to produce a recipe for the pharmacy? (I live in Spain/Europe)
In the case this is a bit hard, I also accept buying it online.
