They pulled the same stunt in 2020S with students who enrolled in 2019W. Messed up the tuition calculation, and then asked to pony up the right amount in a matter of a week. No responsibility & no accountability whatsoever. Despite my ESP [enrolement services professional] being aware of this, my SSC [an important online system for UBC students] became late & blocked multiple times until I could make the payment. This situation is even worse, because it is too late to apply for any financial aid, and the amount is significant.

Every day UBC gives me reasons to respect them less & less
