Configs + Wallpaper Browser: Firefox Editor: Micro Font: JetBrains Mono WM: i3-gaps no more, I use bspwm Distro: Artix Linux GTK: Arc Blackest
I’ve always been curious, what do the “gaps” part of “i3-gaps” refer to? Is it a suite of apps that make up a desktop environment?

Is the “gaps” version a different build of i3? I would have thought cosmetic effects would be configurable through a configuration file or settings panel.
Any idea why this hasn’t been pull requested into the official i3 repo as a configurable option? Is the original i3 team against it that much?
That’s weird, because I am considering switching WMs because I think i3 is bloated.
Artix linux’ logo looks so good. Also i really like the minimal ascii icons in neofetch
Thanks, I made that wallpaper. Also, I use pfetch, not neofetch, but I like the ASCII logos too.
pfetch
neofetch
So many *fetch programs these days
Agreed. But pfetch is my favorite.
Nice
Nice, looks really sharp
Thanks, bro.
