The UK’s top ‘other ranks’ soldier has said that British troops must be ready to fight Russia, and should prepare their families for the prospect of an “extended” deployment.

His advice comes after the UK’s new head of General Staff said that British forces must become capable of “defeating Russia in battle.”

Writing for the latest issue of the British Army’s ‘Soldier’ magazine, Carney said that “the Army is shaping itself to meet the threat from Russia,” and “will be ready, with the right equipment, to play our part in deterring a future war in Europe.”

The only question for me is nukes. Would the ruling class seriously push the big red button and doom the entire human race just to be spiteful as their reign comes to a close? On an individual level, I am sure many of these psychopaths would do far worse on a megalomaniacle spurt of insanity.

But luckily most of these individuals don’t have a “launch all nukes instantly” button underneath their office desks. There are, thankfully, a few institutional barriers to prevent nuclear launch.

I think a major war strategy of China in the coming decades, as the forces of socialism and their anti imperialist allies gain more and more control over the global stage, will be to quietly and cautiously contain this beast, and I’m sure a major part of this will be finding a way to pry nukes from Western hands, find new ways to disarm them en route, to dismantle satellites and corral aircraft carriers and nuclear submarines to a smaller and smaller area, to slowly encroach with espionage and sabotage all relevant facilities. Basically to very gently approach this cockroach and slowly lull it into a state if weakness before delivering a coupe de grace. This is all purely my speculation though.

I think the real damage the cockroach will do as it dies may be to its own populations. The dying American empire may no longer have the power, influence, and freedom to roam around the world bombing and couping and stoking fascists, but they will most certainly maintain the ability to do so within their own borders for much longer than they can internationally. Again, this is pure speculation, but I’m sure as the empire shrinks and its final days are written on the wall there will be increasingly draconian measures on the populace that escalate to regular violence, perhaps even systemic slaughter which is kept a myth for as long as possible not unlike the Holocaust (there are already Latino migrants who disappear inside ICE camps). I’m sure white supremacy and fascism will give it its everything in a final hurrah before being snuffed out for the final time.

TLDR; I think the peoples of the world may finally know peace and might not have to fear American spite, but the docile and brainwashed citizens within its own borders might finally taste the uncensored evil of their own empire as it dies. Again, total speculation.

There are two strategies that will work for this and the US has already been employing them against us for decades. The first is military coups and the second is colour revolution. Socialist states should employ them both but do them better and more efficiently than ever before.

            • Would be much easier since colonialism will have to fold back in on itself and the locals get sick of the constant terror and local warring.

Yes. Obviously there will be potential for homegrown revolutions as well when all the right circumstances come together at once but the foreign-interference model clearly works best via the heavily funded colour revolution approach.

Ukraine has lost more soldiers already than the UK has soldiers in its entire army. The UK is a joke. Only things they are good at are spying, sabotage and worshipping their degenerate royals.

Don’t forget being a safe haven for stolen capital. But they are, it seems, quite good at it.

This is the same British army that’s supposed to have enough ammunition to last… 2 weeks or so? I think it was, in a conventional conflict with a peer opponent. Yeah… somehow I don’t see you being capable of ‘defeating Russia in battle’.

And they won’t be able to defeat Russia with nukes either, as the government has long since signed away the UK’s independent nuclear deterrent to USonian control.

They won’t even need those bullets anyway. If things get to that point we’ll all be dieing in nuclear hellfire.

I’m not so sure about that. If Britian gets involved militarily, those making money from this war stand to make even more money. If Britain gets involved on a nuclear level, those making money from this was stand to make a lot less money.

      • 3 days is what they actually have.

Yeah, I dunno about that, man. With our here galaxy brain Russian generals and their strange sense of…fair play(?)…or whatever the fuck made them not open with missile-striking every barrack with sleeping warriors of Bandera, ever reluctantly widen the list of gear nomenclature involved, attack without numerical superiority…

P.S. Whatever though. Awoo is probably right - a conventional war between nuclear powers is unlikely.
