        Not directly, but if you consider it is the rich who frequently block efforts to expand vegetable diets, who order slaughterhouses to be as inhumane as possible in the name of increasing profits, who build and expand resource intensive factory farms, etc etc., then you might conclude that eating the rich will create a more vegan friendly world.

        Besides, who said it needs to be you who does the eating? Wasn’t there a post about a meeting between a bear and some rich folks somewhere around here…

    In the first place, the trickle down economics supported the very authoritarianism that the Liberals are supposed to oppose. The Liberals claim that their concept of authoritarianism with the absolute rule by one people will make countries regress because a ruler that fit the modern American redefinition of dictatorship have no incentive to progress society. Now the Liberals are supporting free riding, repression by state police, and absolutism under their belief that social progress depends entirely on the plutocratic oligarch. Did the Liberals abandon their belief of mutual cooperation for mutual interest and their market competition that they had never supported since the British steam revolution?
