What a great use of modern tech! This is exactly the kind of convenience mart I really wish we’d had in my rural childhood. Besides, it’s easy to then think of how a little bulletin board and bench could make a tiny community spot. They mention a national ID system but it isn’t entirely necessary for the thing to work, so long as you could have e.g. an authorized payment system.

We’ve always sold our garden produce on the honor system, though we don’t need the money so in the future we’ll be giving it away. The more of us that refuse to hold our creations hostage, the closer we’ll be to love.
