    the way this form of surveillance has become completely normalized (and has essentially no barriers to police usage) is really troubling–but i’m also not sure what can be done to combat or reverse it at this point

      Yeah it seems like most people don’t really care and aren’t willing to listen. I fear that it has to go wrong big time until people see the dangers.

    They make money selling your personal information! Anyone who doesnt think all these big tech companies sell to governments is a little dense =/

        IDK, I think most people have been brainfucked by capitalism to accept this shit. same as with proprietary software
