As in the example on the link, it looks nicer for me. Not opening an issue on GitHub as I’d like to discuss that first. Though I’ve just tried to add the fixed-top class to the nav element in my FF developer console, and it looks really weird.

    I would support a fixed navbar. It could also have a hamburger menu containing useful functions.

    Is this what you mean by weird?

    Also, I tried using the navbar-fixed-top class but it didn’t do anything, fixed-top did produce the above result.

        I’d be open to it, especially in a way that overlays only the top right part, or just the inbox. The inbox is the only thing that might get updated no matter where you are on the page.

          Lacking frontend skills, but will try to play with the above CSS classes, maybe I’ll be lucky enough. I suspect this may be a bug in Bootstrap or something. Or you can try if you’re better in Bootstrap hacking.
