        and RATM is in their own damn language, the american understanding of german starts and stops with “yelly guy at podium = hitler”, so the idea of them gleaning any sort of message from Rammstein beyond the aesthetic is a bad joke

        Edit: case in point, I’ve met people who think this song is pro-america even though it literally says this is not a love song in english multiple times
