This is a thread talking about how china told Sweden to treat its Muslims better. As you can guess the libs lost their shit.

By 2018, half of all “Muslim cultural centres” in Sweden (Sweden has no purpose-built mosques) reported having been the target of hate crimes.

    The nordic model at work.

      • Not to mention kidnapping and trading with childern being the biggest ‘‘business’’’ in Nordic countries, incest too… Civilised world…

They have no purpose-built mosques, but rather they have say office spaces reconverted into a mosque, or as close as you can get it. Sweden is kind of an outlier in Europe in that regard.

Not to defend Sweden, but surely a place of worship takes a backseat over material conditions of the people? You know: shelter, food, etc. Imagine USA refugees in China demanding Presbyterian churches to be built for them.

            • That’s a strange comment. Sweden is more than rich enough to build mosques – not that they would, these would be built by private groups who buy the land and get the permits. Sweden is a secular nation and the government could not build temples of any kind for their population.

You’re also assuming that all Muslims in Sweden are refugees with your comparison, and that is not the case. Many have lived there for years, possibly decades (Sweden does not keep stats on religion). They didn’t just appear there one day. To be entirely frank, I’m asking myself why someone would make this comparison if not to say that Muslims do not belong in Sweden (no roots, refugees = not real Swedes).

How come they can get new churches but they can’t get mosques? Who is funding the churches? Saudi Arabia funds a lot of mosques to promote Wahhabism, which should be opposed, but I don’t think that’s the reason as to why Sweden does not have purpose-built mosques.

I do not, so kindly do not put words in my mouth. All I was saying is that Swedish government has no obligation to build mosques. No more than they are obliged to build churches or pagan shrines. They do have an obligation to help refugees survive, by providing shelter and sustainance. That’s all. If there are groups of citizens in Sweden or indeed other countries that wish to build religious buildings - fine, but that is not the government’s obligation.

A few years ago you’d actually see people questioning the suspicious sources or American imperialism here and there… then a few months ago they started banning anyone who went against the narrative or questioning shit sources such as RFA.

    Talk about going full-fash lol…

Fun example from the thread, when someone mentioned US has been attacking muslim countries for pretty much its entire existence, starting from barbary wars: “That’s not true unless you count Iraq, and that is pretty universally regarded as justified.”

How do you even talk with someone this far from reality?

I honestly believed that once the Xinjiang accusations were finally dropped by the West, liberals would immediately claim “I never believed them, just like I never believed the lies about Iraq”

But they’re actually going the other way, “Invading Iraq was right after all! We should invade more countries! China is evil, we’re perfect!”

As an Ex-Muslim I can say Americans and Europeans killed more Muslim to this day than China can possibly imagine. They’ve literally destroyed Middle East by Funding Jihadist and Extremist. And Made it a hellhole.

Ex-Muslim too, marhaban habbibi and fellow apostate 😅 I feel like being Middle Eastern and seeing more clearly what America did in Iraq and Afghanistan (and all the others) definitely helped give me a major boost in my radicalization process.

Your job doesn’t end here. Give Middle Easterners a wake up call. Battle the western propaganda with the truth there. Start with your friends and families. They should know who their real enemies are and which assess needs to be kicked when the time comes.

Definitely agree. I’ve been working on my dad when I can but we don’t speak much. Unfortunately I don’t have much contact with that side of my family anymore. But it’s definitely on the list of things I’ve wanted to talk with my cousins about if and when we see each other next.

I want this future. The CPC as part of the terms of a 2035 trade deal, forces silicon valley tech firms to ban online racism or be shut down. Reddit has to close all of its top subs, causing millions of racist anglos to to whine and talk about moving to another country that allows freeze peach.

It’s insane. Like everything is so beautifully backwards and multiple layers deep. Many people would even agree with this sentiment but…they have it backwards who is lying, yes. I’m not gaslit in turn but it certainly is crazy-making.

          • Its seemingly becoming more difficult for people to except that it is possible to simply have different political goals and perspectives than the dogmas of Amerikan discourse and civil religion currate. I think it is difficult for people to accept that they too have specific political goals and sensibilities, that they have chosen a side instead of being an embodiment of some kind of innate or universal sense of morality.

Idk how to deal with this other than to walk on eggshells everywhere I go and appear as stoic and “rational” as possible when I have to explain myself. Yet it still is easy for people to dismiss me for X view when their own views are demonstrably incoherent at best, and shallow sanctamony at worst.

Yeah, 99% of the time people say gaslighting, they could’ve easily just said “lying”.
