Isn’t it great to see a leadership that actually considers and plans things long term as opposed to focusing on only getting voted in elections?
Even if they wanted to lib Republics can’t do shit about housing. Best they can do is put caps on rent or subsidize part of it, for like 10 years at the most. Housing is a private matter and should be solved by capitalists, not by the state. That is the state of the world we live in.
China is the kid who starts planning the school essay the day it’s assigned, writes it over the week, going back and revising as they go, and is done with plenty of time to spare, with a brilliant paper to show for it.
The US is the kid who doesn’t even hand anything in and/or expects their rich dad to get the school to waive their F grade cough housing crisis cough.
