I’ll believe it when their candidate isn’t in an effective tie for the presidency

Trickle down used to be called horse and sparrow. The idea was that if a horse ate a whole lot of oats, some wouldn’t get digested and the sparrow could eat them. I wonder why they don’t use that metaphor today 🤔

Because it’s stupid easy to debunk with one question:

If you want to feed the sparrows, why don’t you give them oats directly instead of making them pick through horseshit?

The sparrow in this analogy is of course the workers, who can pick the shit for the grain.

The revolution will not be televised. Can’t imagine that metaphor coming up on 60 minutes.

    Are they?

I really don’t think they will figure it out.

The trickle that you’re currently feeling is from the rich pricks pissing all over you, not from economics. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

SOME Americans Are Wising Up to the GOP’s Tired Trickle-Down Scam. There are plenty who think it is wonderful, mostly the rich and “poorly educated”, but expertly propagandized.

Only to blame its effects on democrats just as conservative news sources tell them.

All while they fall for the GOPs brand new “firehose of lies” scam. That or its low calorie sister-brand “torrent of bigotry”, which is also popular with the conservative crowd.

How ironic is it that I learned the term voodoo economics from an actual accountant playing the role of a fictional boring teacher that no one paid attention to?

It’ll trickle so much and so very very fast, you’ll say wow I’ve never been tricked on like that before, and you’re just gonna love it.

There’s no need in trying to revive Reaganomics, it never went away. Every president since him has practiced trickle down economics

Who has refused to strike down Trumps tax cuts for the rich? Who, when asked, if he would strike down Trump’s tax cuts for the rich responded. with an astounding, ‘NO?’

Every single Democrat along with every Republican since Reagan has practiced trickle down economics. For all intents Biden is Reagan’s 11th term

I have a different username, hopefully it doesn’t offend you somehow. Let me give you an example of what the other person meant: credit cards have replaced large parts of our social safety nets. We think of the convenience but we aren’t told how convenient credit was argued as a substitute for welfare programs. Now I’m getting ads to have groceries delivered on credit.
