I really want to support this but there was an estimate that searching the landfill would cost literally a hundred million dollars. Maybe the PCs pressured them to overestimate costs but Manitoba is not a rich province. Hell give all reserves a hundred million dollars for infrastructure, I would support that. Happy to hear counterpoints.
