Handmade noodles and tofu veggie wontons. Took me too much time but it was worth it! Broth had peanut butter, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
Edit: Here are the recipes I got each soup item from:
- Noodles - only used the noodle recipe
- Broth - added and subtracted items because I didn’t have all the ingredients from the recipe
- Wonton filling - I used the filling recipe for this one. If you don’t have time for making your own wrappers, wontons are fine too. I recommend a pastry brush to help apply the water on the edges for sealing.
~50 wontons took me 3-4 hours to make. The noodles takes 2.5 hours and the broth takes about 5 minutes of prep.
That looks good.
These look amazing, do you have a link to the recipe?
Thank you! Edited the post for the recipe
Thanks! I can’t see it for some reason, it might be because I’m viewing from Kbin
Is that street legal? I’ve only ever seen noodles or wontons, never together.
That looks sooooo good. I need to know about this peanut butter broth. I love all things peanut butter and I love soup. Never thought combining them was possible.
Edited the post for the recipe! Peanut butter miso is soooo good
woah these wontons look official I have to learn the fold sometime, I even just got wonton wrappers
definitely one of the easier folds. I’ve tried to do some of those fancy elaborately crimped ones and they end up looking like doodoo nuggets but at least they still taste good haha
