      The observation there is that software industry is more interested in turning software developers into assembly line workers than making them productive. Languages like Java fit well with corporate development style because they allow parceling work out into small components that each developer works on much like workers do work on an assembly line. Meanwhile, having each individual developer being responsible for significant amounts of complexity is seen as a business risk.

        Thank you for the translation. When I coded in Go, I felt that I’m in a boring assembly line.
