Android 15 will add a new feature that can automatically turn on Bluetooth the next day in case you temporarily disabled it.

If you read the article, it does have a toggle to enable or disable the feature

  If the default setting is on, then it is opt-out.
  
  It wouldn’t be either without the toggle.
