Here’s a more recent picture of the guy on the right:
“Julien Terzics, alias Ranx, is the ex-leader of the Red Warriors, the R*dskins who gave a hard time to the extreme right-wing skinheads in the Paris region in the 80s. He is today the manager of a bar in the Menilmontant district. A place where anti-fascist activists still meet.”
What an absolute badass
Still incredibly hot
looks like a grizzled former hardcore kid
saw so many guys like this at recent shows although obviously not this based (unless they were! and if so i apologize)
Legendary.
A grizzled warrior providing sage wisdom for the up and coming fascist bashing kids
Bring them back and arm them.

I worn them. They’re nice.
They’re standard issue if you hang around punk-adjacent subcultures like rude boys or the not racist kind of Skinheads.
The frumpy corporate fashion of the 90s killed them
Belts got cheap to make. Suspenders work better for larger gentlemen so when fashion turned to thinner bodies belts were the obvious choice.
I like to wear them, but people always comment on them as if I’m making some kind of statement and I don’t like that, so I rarely ever actually do wear them
I’m gay as fuck, but find me some guys like this and I’ll make an exception…
yeah same i did a bit of the despite not being into masc at all
This is exactly what the RASH (Red and Anarchist Skinheads) I used to hang out with in my teens looked like. It was a weird time in my life, and I wouldn’t go back, but at least we kicked some fash ass.

Very dumb question: can you actually get baseball bats in France? I’ve never heard of the French playing baseball.
In baseball shop that sells 10000 bats and 4 balls each year.
You can play other sports than baseball with bats, so while they don’t have a culture for baseball they still sometimes hit spheres with sticks.
Never seen a chinstrap beard look so badass.
So badass the chinstrap beard isn’t even cringe
Need more of that energy over here
