This is really fantastic news for Cuba.
Super cool but how exactly is going to join if they live in the middle of the sea in an island far away from the railways they’re constructing? I mean obviously they can send them by boat or plane but it’s not kind of the same.
BRI is largely an economic alliance that Latin America is part of. Some more details here on what shape cooperation will take with Cuba.
