In this particular scene, we are introduced to Princess Devasena from the Kuntala kingdom. Amarendra Baahubali, the main character in the backstory, is captivated by her boldness and beauty.
Perhaps this is the first time I’ve seen a good introduction of a female lead in the limited movies I’ve seen, and for some reason, this scene has me captivated even to this day. I should also give praise to MM Keeravani for coming up with such a nice background music.
