Well, that’s problematic. If more Euro industry goes to NA, it further entrenches the colonial problem and it reduces the opportunity cost of total war by reducing the presence of productive physical capital that could be destroyed by bombs. If the factories disappear, we could see bombing throughout the continent as NATO sets up each nation to deploy artillery in residential neighborhoods.

There is that, but also, Western bombers are remarkably accurate in not hitting Western capital. It’s only things like weddings and schools that are hard to make out from the air while popping amphetamines. By this, I mean, the US would have gladly bombed Europe even if it has/had factories there.

The US won’t bomb Europe, probably. But whatever reich they can rustle up to field in Europe to counter Russia will consolidate power first through blitzkrieg with minimal destruction of critical infrastructure. From that position they would launch long range missile strikes against Russia, Iran, and anyone else in anti-imperialist camp, and that means retaliation against missile systems from that camp. When Europe decides to install missile systems in residential neighborhoods, because displaced white people is a great recruiting and radicalization tool, it will be support ugly.
