Vorrei evitare di fare un listone di regole (tutte uguali) da seguire, affidatevi semplicemente al senso civico e alle comuni regole di convivenza sana.

I think there’s no need for a list of rules (always the same) to follow, just use common sense and the same rules for civil cohabitation.
