I caused one of my friends on Discord to find out about Lemmy (as in, I didn’t tell them about it, I reposted an image they sent me and they ended up finding that post), and they made an account on Lemmy.ml at my suggestion. They’re not socialist, but they seem to be at least not be super against it like most people are, from talking to me, so we’ll see how Lemmy changes them. I went from an ultra Westernized lib to total tankie communist in a year Lurking on Lemmy lol.

But more importantly, it’s nice to have some of my friends on this platform. You know?
