I’m stuck in the U.S.

There is a lot of junk ingredients in U.S food, which can be a problem for mental health; as the human brain is influenced by and influences the gastrointestinal area.[1][2][3]

To describe this ‘gut-brain’ relationship in other terms: stomach conditions can change the general behavior of someone. The Brain-Gut relationship means that you can change the behavior of a person by changing the food they eat.

I think the U.S food industry outright drugs the people with addictive and junk ingredients (added sugar) to suppress class consciousness and marxist thought.

So how do I deal with the withdrawal of U.S food?

Not only this but what gets even more interesting is if you were to have refined sugar vs a natural sugar like honey. The refined sugar group will be more inclined to want even more sugar afterwards. Whereas the honey group feels more satiated. It’s believed because of all the other nutrients in natural sources of sugar, many of these effectively help the body digest the sugars, that cause you to feel more satiated.

Insulin resistant is like the #1 cause of all chronic health diseases. Like when you dig deep into it. Insulin resistant is the biggest factor. Highly processed sugars hit insulin harder and also eating constantly and never letting your insulin levels reset. Even a 16 hour fast will drop those levels to base line for a time.

Then theres also processed “vegetable” (seed) oils when are basically poison. If the process involves heating the oil then it’s breaking down things like vitamin E which is a powerful antioxidant and also oxidizing the unsaturated fats which makes them harmful to the body.

These two things are the foundation of the American diet. The sugar industry and seed oil industry has been buying out the FDA and american heart association for damn near a century.

Anything cold processed is good. Coconut, olive oil, avocado oil, real butter. Palm oil is ok too put I hate the palm oil industry and palm oil “natural” PB is a scam. Here’s some videos that started me down that rabbit hole. Dude presenting the shit isn’t the greatest but he gets the point across and the videos are good summaries. https://youtu.be/OGLwGOvvWeg https://youtu.be/-T79dJI3xIw

When you get the oil out of say, olives, you don’t heat them. You just press the olives and collect the oil. In order to process the oils out of say soybeans or cotton seeds the seeds/oil it repeatedly heated as a part of the extraction and purification process.
